More than 8 crore 40 lakh doses of Covid 19 vaccine administered in country

Health Ministry has said that 8 crore 70 lakh 77 thousand 474 vaccine doses have been administered till now in the country. It said, one lakh 15 thousand 736 new COVID19 cases have been reported in the last 24 hours in the country. With this total cases have reached 1 crore 28 lakh 1 thousand 7 hundred 85.

The Ministry said, in the last 24 hours, 59 thousand 856 people were discharged. Total recoveries are now 1 crore 17 lakh 92 thousand 135. The recovery rate is at 92.11 per cent. 630 death reported in the last 24 hours. With this the death toll has reached 1 lakh 66 thousand 177. Active cases now at 8 lakh 43 thousand 473.  

Indian Council of Medical Research ICMR said, 25 crore 14 lakh 39 thousand 598 samples have been tested for COVID19 till yesterday. It said, out of these 12 lakh 8 thousand 329 samples were tested yesterday.
