India, UK hold consultations of United Nations in Delhi at Joint Secretary level

India and the UK held consultations of the United Nations in Delhi at the Joint Secretary level. Briefing media, External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Arindam Bagchi said both sides briefed each other about the respective priorities in the UN Security Council. Discussions focussed on issues relating to the agenda of the UNSC, particularly counter terrorism, peace keeping, and reforms of the UNSC. They also exchanged views on the current regional and global developments.
